Originally purchased the land in 2014, this project has been in process for quite some time. Envisioned by businessman and philanthropist Mr. Saju Jacob, this has been a family venture. He worked diligently to create a luxurious yet affordable Convention Centre for the people of Central Travancore.

With over 40 years of experience in business, the initial venture began in Mallappally by restoring an old venue into a modern Convention Centre. And now we are thrilled to add a new state of the art venue to the Eden Family.
